| Siva Rangaswamy |
| Siva Rangaswamy brings his immense sales and operations experience & advises clients on business development and partner networks. Siva has over 20 years of experience in IT Services Industry of which 13 years have been exclusively with Retail Clients across USA, UK, UAE & also with various retail chain in India. In his last assignment, he was also part of the company’s management team, responsible for corporate level strategy and execution plans for developing the Retail industry segment. His experience in retail areas has been across functional, technical and management roles. He has conducted multiple workshops at Gitex-Dubai, KSA Technopak Retail Summits, and also has been a speaker at CII Retail and ‘rai’(retailers association of india) forums. |

Sanjay Aggarwal, is a seasoned HR professional associated with the industry since 1988. He is a postgraduate in Economics from Delhi School of Economics followed by an MBA in HRD from XLRI Jamshedpur. His mission is to successfully partner with organizations and employees in empowering the most critical and valuable asset – the Human Resources.
Prior to Vector HR, he was associated with companies such as HR Minds Consulting, NetAcross, Honda Siel Cars, and Vam Organics, Sopra, Infozec, Motorola etc. providing strategic HR and operational excellence inputs. A hands-on person, he is an able leader and a practical visionary. |

Steve over the course of his professional life has consulted many of the most interesting and successful retailers on four continents, prominent among them are : Ann Taylor, PVH, Toys R’Us, Federated Stores, Kmart, Limited Brands, Polo Ralph Lauren, Sears, Sears PLC, Brown Shoe & The Childern Place. |
